Sun
I dream of every thing
Seeing myself to sing, up to an imaginary fling
Every minute, as the pendulum takes it swing
I know it to myself I have the Icarus wings
One time, I dreamt of reaching the sun
To the farthest I can be, up until there’s none
There’s lot up there, things to be done
But for the time I reach it, I think it’s already
gone
Icarus flew because Daedalus knew
The wings made from wax and feathers of few
For the two man in the labyrinth, they’ve threw
I wish I have Ariadne’s thread that I can sew
I was lost in the maze, and I want to escape
Yet I don’t have any luxury, no one feeds my mouth with
grape
I wish I am part of the future, the one to build its
shape
I’m feeling like I’m drowning, from the vessels to
my nape
I have lot of dreams, something I really want to be
But I don’t know where to start, thinking its
reality
I may lose hope for now and make myself fell
But I know to myself in the future, I will excel
